It helps alot as I suffer from ulcerative colitis and helps to alleviate the pain and cools my colon. My dad has also given it a try and said that his sugar has gone down (as he struggles with high sugar levels). I am disheartened though as I am awaiting more stock and I hope I can purchase more of this wonderful brand of tea. Please guys, I urge that more stock is made available soon. I expected it to have quite a hin herbal taste, but the flavour is really full and satisfying - plus I love that its caffeine-free. I drink at least one cup every evening, and can wait to try it in a home-made iced tea recipe when summer comes :)
