Assisted with relief of blocked nose, put some on my pillow at night while battling a cold. Mixed some with peppermint and body butter to rub on face and keep nose and lips moisturized post sneezing. It's strong enough to clear the passages, but not so strong that it knocks your breath away. It's also in the same family as tea tree oil, so it can also be used for treating breakouts, cuts, or bites.17/07/2017, By SusanI add a few drops of this oil in the bathtub from time to time. It is very relaxing and help clears my sinuses. However I feel the smell is a bit overpowering so I add a few drops of Lemongrass oil as well.
