Helps with the breakdown and digestion of our main meal which is always quite a substantial one.
Love the fact that its chewable as we know that digestion begins in the mouth.

However, when I ran out and did not take it for a while, the stomach bloating, cramps and pains were back. So I have realised, after the fact, that this does indeed work. Just to add: I have tried 2 other types of Digestive enzymes as this particular one was out of stock. They did not seem to work as well as this one.
