It's perfect for a cold winters night or a rainy day because of the sprinkle of warming spices it contains. I made mine with normal dairy milk, and didn't find it necessary to add any extra sweeteners. I find it to be a yummy alternative to drinking hot chocolate or coffee. It also tastes great sprinkled over a usually bland healthy cereal. I usually add a little bit of honey when I have it either way. It's perfectly spiced too - not too much that it overwhelms the beetroot and cocoa. You will fall in love with this pink drink <3
