05/12/2018, By CrizelleMy 2-year old's 3rd favourite flavour and my favourite (we've tried 3 Sweetleaf flavours over the last 5 months)! I add 2-3 squirts to a glass of water. At 1-2 glasses per day a bottle lasts us 1.5 months so it works out at roughly R80 p/m. A bit expensive but so worth it not having sugar highs and lows! Note that the sweetener is quite thick and needs to be stirred after being added to the water. The taste took a bit of getting used to as stevia is very reminiscent of artificial sweetners, but without the nasty chemicals and horrible aftertaste. Now I can barely live without it. My water intake has increased greatly because of it which has improved my health in many ways. Stevia is also kilojoule free, so you don have to feel guilty about sweetening your drinking water.
