I used less egg than suggested, and although it was easy to make, roll and fry I didn't find the taste palatable. The texture was spot on but the sweet nutty taste was too much for my palette. It's worth the try though. They taste great and don make you feel bloated like with normal flour rotis. Fantastic product.
