I have a light flow so not sure of their absorbency, but I have had no problems. I find that their press studs are too close together and it's a little narrow when put on! The sponges are so soft comfortable super absorbent without leaching your natural moisture. Unlike cups the sponges suit any shape size just feels so much more
ight to me! The pads are also super comfy, I use the large one at night for extra protection the small one as a pantyliner when my period is light (no sponge). I feel so much more in tune with my body cycle...its actually really empowering. I give thanks!
