Even though I’m vegan - I choose this over plastic floss because plastic floss is unbreakable and can strangle marine animals; whereas this (although involves death of silkworms..) won’t do that. It doesn't hurt my gums and doesn't get stuck between my teeth like normal floss normally did. The bottom half of the packaging doubles as the dispenser and works surprisingly well, but the top half is just branding which is quite wasteful (it's also inexplicably covered in plastic). It'd be better if it just came in a small box with a cutting tool.
