19/04/2018, By UshmaExcellent service from FTN as usual, but I am unhappy with the quality of the lid on this product. I was unable to close the lid after my first opening. Which means that I need to cover the opening with my finger to get closure before shaking the bottle. This prevents me taking my bottle of cinammon extract to work, which now renders it useless for my actual purposes. It also has a fermented taste. I prefer to use my powdered ceylon version (from FTN) as this seems more convenient & effective/potent.16/10/2017, By ColetteI have used this product previously and loved the product, but struggled with the lid on the bottle, because it would not close properly. So when one shook the bottle to remix the sediment at the bottom of the bottle the solution used to leak everywhere. With my latest order the packagers have improved this problem and now when I shake it there is no leakage. Would recommend this product to anyone.
