An artisan creation from the Chaloner farm, this Plum and onion preserve is made with Amber Jewel Plums which have very high natural sugar content. The ingredients are sourced from the finest pickings of the carefully grown and organically fertilised Chaloner family farm harvested at optimum maturity to ensure the highest natural sugar content. This quirky preserve epitomises the beloved homemade Chaloner taste that has only improved over the last 20 years.

Abolutely sublime, delicious and amazing with everything. I have used it as a basting sauce and added my own pickled habeneros to it and all I can say is wow. I definite purchase every month for me.
