Chaloner Rhubarb and Ginger Preserve is a classic combination of spicy ginger and tangy rhubarb that is a treat with breakfast, a divine dessert topping or even in some of your own homemade creations.  Made from fresh rhubarb stalks, featuring a rich sweet-tart flavour, ginger root, a splash of beetroot juice and a dash of orange peel, this quirky Chaloner preserve is an artisanal taste experience. It is especially delicious spread on freshly baked muffins or homemade bread, to compliment the warmth of the healing ginger. Containing 33% rhubarb per jar, this healthy spread is full of fibre, antioxidants and b-vitamins.
